WHAT DOES IMR 3031 POWDER FOR SALE MEAN?

For me that may be hand mounted experiencing down around the up stroke a business knock along with a second knock to settle the powder and and agency down stroke. Its one of my most effective powders for all temps lined in maryland. i typically utilize it for fifty two or 60gr bullets. 55 way too but i like to be a little bit of an oddball hahaha.
